“Excellent location in the heart of old town by the harbour. Spacious room that is comfortable and well kept with a lot of amenities. Friendly reception and amazing transfer straight from the train station since we rely on public transport for our trip. Huge variety at breakfast , fresh coffee and plenty of sweet / savoury options to choose from. Highly recommend if you are in Monopoli.”

“We had a wonderful stay at NanetaRooms in Monopoli! Our host was fantastic—very communicative, responsive, and always quick to help with anything we needed. It really made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of one of the most desirable areas of Monopoli. Everything was within easy walking distance, which made exploring the city so convenient. The apartment was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. The Jacuzzi was an especially nice……

“It was lovely and cozy and perfect location. We greatly enjoyed the stay. The one thing to note is there are many narrow steps to the room. It was hard for us to deal with luggage. They helped us get carry on luggage up the stairs. The rooftop patio was lovely.”

“Ótima experiência! Apartamento lindamente decorado. Boa localização. Único ponto foi o colchão da cama de casal que está desconfortável. Anfitriã muito educada e prestativa.”

“We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, and even took the time to show us the parking area in front of the building, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. In the apartment we especially loved the hot tub, it was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the area. The complimentary Prosecco in the……

“Situated in the heart of the historic centre of Monopoli, a few minutes from both beach and harbour, this ground floor apartment felt very much like home with access to a myriad of food options and its own kitchen and even a pizza oven! The staff support though online was excellent. ”

“The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal. Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested. The bathroom entrance was tiny and so was the……

“État de propreté irréprochable. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison, tout est très bien équipé ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et redoublés d'attentions pour que le séjour se passe bien. Le logement est très spacieux et très bien placé pour visiter les points d'attraction touristique. A recommander les yeux fermés !”

“We loved our stay at this property!! The apartment was very spacious, it was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed there for 7 nights so we got a good judge of the location, it was very safe and quiet. The only addition which would be nice could be coffee machine, but we really could not have asked for much more. The TV was a smart TV so we could watch streaming, there was air con in every room. We got a bottle of wine on check in which was a lovely touch :)”
