Mest Pepp is beautifully built and landscaped with every detail to perfection. The privacy and pool with no bugs was so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this off the beaten path stay! Our host was wnderful.

Amazing stay thanks to Giacomo

Beautiful property. Very clean and everything supplied. The pool area was incredible and even has a barbecue area for charcoal bbq. Giacomo made the stay so wonderful! He was so friendly and helpful, gave us local restaurant recommendations, and had a welcome basket for us with amazing local wine. Definitely will stay again when we visit Monopoli again one day!

Remote but restful

Mest Pepp was quiet, clean and well-appointed. The pool was beautifully maintained. Giacomo dealt with everything promptly and in a friendly way. He showed us around and genuinely tried to make our stay a pleasant one.

Puglia Getaway

Such a relaxing villa that’s removed - but still easily accessible - from Monopoli and the surround cities. We loved being able to start our days at a quiet and relaxing space and to have access to the pool. The grounds are very well kept, the villa is very clean and has great quality furnishings throughout. Giacomo is a fantastic host.

Mest Pepp,paradise!

First of all, Giacomo, the owner, is a gracious, friendly and generous host. The villa was well supplied, including wine, water and oil , and artichoke paste extra, from Giacomo,plus basics for the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar..etc) . The grounds are are kept in wonderful condition, with olive trees, palms, cactus and a variety of flora. We had also put the grill to good use wth all the necessary equipment on hand. The pool was also a blessing on hot days and well maintained. From poolside, one could see to the coast and the town of Monopoli. Driving through the gates of Mest Pepp one immediately gets the feeling that this is going to be good. The location is also great , nearby is Alberobello, Monopoli, Ostuni, etc. we can highly recommend Mest Pepp without restrictions. We had a great time at this wonderful property.

BEST PLACE EVER

We had the most incredible experience at the villa! Such an amazing host, he made sure we were talented care of. We even had a flat tire and he fixed it for us while we were sleeping and brought us croissants. Also, we didn’t have to worry about dinner reservations, he booked them all for us. I cannot wait to visit again, best host and a beautiful place!

an amazing week

We spent one week at MEST PEPP. Every day we started having a swim in the pool with a spectalur view over Monopoli and the sea. The villa is perfectly located for daily trips or only going out for dinner in Monopoli. Giacomo is a lovely host and was more than helpfull with his tips... We will come back!

We stayed for 8 nights at the end of a long holiday in Europe where we’d stayed in various hotels in the midst of the hustle and bustle of tourist centres. Mest Pepp was like a sanctuary in comparison where we could get away from tourist craziness. In order to enjoy it, it’s critical you can drive. We had a fully functional kitchen and access yo a washing machine. The gardens were stunning, with the bonus of a magnificent herb garden for those who love to cook. Giacamo was a great host. Not sure why but Siri landed us 600 metres away from site. This was only a problem for the first night as we were able to navigate after that. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Urlaub. Giacomo ist ein toller Gastgeber, war sehr herzlich und immer für uns erreichbar. Auszeit in Apulien

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in den Hügeln inmitten von Olivenhainen in der Nähe von Monopoli. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder ans Meer. Das kleine Apartment befindet sich in einer Doppelhaushälfte und war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und der Kontakt mit ihm jederzeit möglich, so dass er auch kurzfristige Restaurantempfehlungen gab. Wir möchten gerne bald wiederkommen.

Semplicemente incantevole! Ottima posizione!

Siamo stati benissimo, non è mancato davvero nulla! Ci si può rilassare in piscina e ci si può divertire di sera andando in centro a Monopoli, Polignao a Mare o ad Alberobello oppure grigliando con gli amici in villa... consigliatissima!

Posto incantevole!

Ho consigliato questa location superlativa, con vista mozzafiato su Monopoli e il suo splendido mare, a carissimi romani. Accoglienza da 10 e lode, arredo interno ed esterno curato nei minimi particolari dal prato al servizio di piatti e bicchieri, alla biancheria, agli accessori per piscina e barbecue, senza considerare la pace e il silenzio che circonda la villa immersa negli gli ulivi a pochi km dal centro abitato. Giacomo, persona gentile e accogliente, cerca di anticipare e soddisfare ogni richiesta. Davvero consigliatissimo!

Ottima la posizione a due passi da tutti i principali attrattori turistici.La villa è nuovissima ,spaziosa ed immersa nel verde . Wonderful place

We are a family with 3 children (4, 6 and 8 years old) and we spent a very good time in Mest Pepp. The apartment was really clean and is corresponding to pictures. The kitchen is not big but well organised. We were there in October and we also appreciated the heating system. The garden is wonderful, quiet, very well maintained with a lot trees and aromatics herbs. The swimming pool is very pleasant even if water was a bit cold but ok we were in October. Giacomo, the owner, took care very seriously of us and, even much more than our expectation. He shared his good addresses, booked restaurants... we must also mention that he is really reactive. To sum-up, it was a TOP host! Many thanks to him !

Location situata in un posto stupendo con un panorama mozzafiato ideale X una vacanza con famiglia,tutto e' curato in ogni dettaglio sia l ' arredamento interno ke quello esterno dove si può' ammirare la splendida piscina immersa in un elegante giardino... Pulizia ottima. Litorale raggiungibile in 10 min e a 15-30 min da Alberobello,, Ostuni, Cisternino, Polignano. La disponibilità e la cordialità di Giacomo hanno reso questa vacanza indimenticabile...

Mest Pepp è una struttura stupenda. Immersa negli ulivi, è stato il posto ideale per la mia famiglia e la nostra bimba di 7 mesi. Ideale per una vacanza in relax senza rinunciare alla comodità di avere la splendida città di monopoli a pochissimi kilometri e lidi balneari super attrezzati. Il proprietario, Giacomo, è una persona incantevole, gentilissimo e super disponibile. La casa è arredata con gusto ed eleganza e la cura del giardino è impeccabile. La piscina è perfetta per una vacanza da sogno. Purtroppo siamo stati solo una settimana ma sicuramente torneremo al nostro perfetto rifugio pugliese. Pamela
