great little place right on the edge of town, we had a very pleasant stay for just the one night while traveling around Italy. The host was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. I would recommend to others.

Staff were very helpful when we requested additional bedding (a cold wind in October). They also brought a heater. A slight smell from the bathroom (I think this common in historical centre). Lovely room.

We had a really nice stay at Palazzo Fiscaiolo. The location is definitely the strong point — right in the historic center, so you can walk everywhere without needing a car, which makes everything much easier. The terrace is beautiful, with a lovely view of the cathedral, and the sea is literally just a few steps from the entrance. The room is cozy and has that typical charm of historic Apulian buildings. The old town itself is full of small alleys and very atmospheric. Even though it’s in the center, the street is quiet and a bit tucked away, so we slept very well without noise from the nightlife. Marcella was always available and very helpful, and she gave us some great tips for visiting the Valle d’Itria. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Great location

The woman was nice and got back to you right away but after housekeeping came in it didn’t even look like they cleaned the room. It was in a great location close and walkable to everything. Be aware that there are many narrow stairs to get to the rooms so no elevator. Beds were comfortable and you get a voucher for breakfast down the block.

The room was clean and the location was wonderful. Marcello and the staff were super friendly and flexible. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he told us not to worry about a thing. He told us to go enjoy the beach and he will take care of the issue. While at the beach, an hour later we received a text that our door was unlocked, room cleaned, and we can return when we wished. Our experience was so positive that we changed plans to return to Monopoli from Lecce for a few more days. I would rate this place and the staff a 10/10 and highly recommend other travelers to stay here as well.

We really loved the property and tried to take full advantage of the space, location, and amenities. We booked this property with the understanding there was AC, yet there was none because the machine was broken. We had a later check in on Saturday, so unfortunately, the hosts did not get back to us for about 12 hours. By that time it was Sunday and nobody could service the AC machine. With 30+ heat and in an underground “cave-like” structure, this was really difficult to manage. With that said, they did refund us for our entire stay as this

A beautiful well-appointed room in an old palace. We had the basement room which was slightly darker by necessity to keep out the light of the passing tourists. The room was craftily constructed and was very tasteful set out. Set right in the heart of the old town on Monopoli which is beautiful and not to be missed.
