A private gate opens onto a driveway leading to the villa, where private internal parking is available. The entrance gate to the parking lot is shared with the neighboring villa.
Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed by a spacious living room featuring high vaulted ceilings and original cement tile floors, preserving the authentic character of the house.
A large French window facing the sea immediately draws your gaze toward the Adriatic, filling the living space with light and stunning views. The room includes a large dining table and a comfortable lounge area, ideal for relaxing or gathering together.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and includes:
