“This unique house is in a great area. Within walking to several historic sites, river, and beautiful homes. The house is older but very functional for our needs. Front porch nice to sit. There is traffic noise from the corner but you get accustomed to it. We enjoyed our time there. ”

“We stayed here recently for my son's wedding. We were looking for a place where the whole family could stay together. This home was perfect! The house itself is beautiful and has obviously been carefully restored/remodeled. There were plenty of rooms for all 11 of us. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The beds were comfortable & there were plenty of basic necessities inside. What really made this great was it allowed all of us to hang out together for the weekend, cook meals together, and……

This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. Air conditioning works great, water pressure is a bit low, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Bathrooms large and accommodating. Good location for four……
