「We loved our recent stay at fancy poconos caste. The house was just like it was pictured. Very spacious and clean. Everyone enjoyed the swim spa, large patio and firepit. The beds were very comfortable. Omaira was extremely helpful and accommodating to any requests we had. We would definitely come back again! 」

「Our stay was highly disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues. The hot tub and room fans were not working upon arrival, and despite reporting them on day one, they were never fixed. The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is...
