Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate your group, two upstairs and one downstairs. -All rooms feature smart TVs and USB and AC outlets at each side table! (...we know, we travel too!)
Upstairs, discover two bedrooms: the spacious primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with a Nectar mattress, while the other room offers a comfortable queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress -both rooms with smart TVs and USB and AC outlets at each side table!
On the main floor, find a bedroom with a full-size bed featuring a Casper mattress, while the living room offers a full-size sleeper sofa—ensuring a restful night's sleep after your outdoor adventures.
Bathrooms: Enjoy two clean, updated full bathrooms with tub/shower combos, equipped with all your essential needs for a comfortable stay—including hair dryers.
Living Area: Relax in the spacious living area with a cozy sofa, perfect for unwinding in front of the enormous smart TV after a day on the slopes or exploring the Pocono attractions. There are also some books featuring local history and attractions for your enjoyment.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen awaits the culinary enthusiasts in your group. It comes with modern appliances, cookware, a solid collection of spices and oil, multiple coffee makers (Keurig, Nespresso, & Espresso machine -we love coffee!) and some coffee to get you started!
Dining Area: Enjoy your meals in the dining area with seating for six, ideal for family dinners or a gathering of family & friends with a one of our many games.
Outdoor Space: A private deck with outdoor seating provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing. There are also a newly added ski/snowboard rack on the front entry porch for your gear.
Entertainment: Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms for your entertainment needs. Guest access Guests will have the entire house to themselves and access to community amenities.
We are located in the very safe community of Northridge which features dedicated security, seasonal tennis courts, and a basketball hoop (starting mid-April), and a heated pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Parking for the tennis courts and basketball court is easiest at the overflow lot at 112 Quail Ln. Just walk across the street directly into the tennis courts then basketball court, directly behind 115 Quail Ln.
The community pool opens May 27th through September 4 from 11:00am to 7:00pm. It is heated at a pleasant 82 degrees. It's a short minute or two drive from the house, or about a 13 minute walk. The address is 115 Quail Ln, Tannersville
There are two parking spaces available in front of the house. All additional cars must park at the overflow lot at 112 Quail Ln. Behind the overflow parking is also the garbage compactor.
We are a few minutes from a great park - Mountain View Park - which has tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, trails and so many other amenities. The park opens April 1. The address is 104 Mount View Park Ln, Tannersville.
Other things to note *IMPORTANT: In order to maintain the safety and serenity of the neighborhood, our community security of Northridge requires our guests to be registered 24hrs prior to arrival.
They require the total number of adults and total number of children (17 or under) , the first and last names of all of the adult guests (18+), the license plate numbers of all vehicles, and any pet details.
You will receive a message after booking that will have the link to an electronic signature version of the form we submit to the community. We will pay the registration fee and email you the registration once complete.
-No large gatherings/parties/events. No Prom or Bachelor/Bachelorette parties. Strictly enforced no-party policy by community security.
-No smoking. No fireworks. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons.
-This is a designated single-family unit. According to community rules, it is for single-family residential use only and no other purpose.
"Single Family” shall mean a group of one or more persons related by blood, marriage, adoption, guardianship, or other duly authorized custodial relationship who maintain a common household. Leases/rentals may not have more than two unrelated guests included in the headcount

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was quick to respond to any concerns and the home was tastefully decorated and offered all the amenities needed for a comfortable respite. We cannot wait to come back again.
Location was great, close to every. Home was extremely clean. Owner super easy to work with and very responsive. We would highly recommend this property.
We were really relieved this place was as clean as the pictures. The amenities were exactly as described with a variety of coffee options, comfortable beds, open space, and the kitchen complete with everything we needed for a quick stay. Our kids loved this place and we would love to be back.
the house is located at a very quiet gated community. it's pretty clean and with good decoration. the bedding is very comfortable. I saw some deer in the back yard, we all enjoyed the stay!
Amazing house in the Poconos, perfect for a getaway
Fantastic place, we were here for a weekend getaway and we really enjoyed our stay. House was as pictured, looked newly renovated, great decor and very clean. We saw deers and chipmunks from the back porch and it was such a nice break from the city. Very close to the outlets and Camelback resort, and a short drive to restaurants too. Highly recommended would come back again.
Location, location location! Every activity was so close we lost no time traveling. Thoughtful touches whether coffee, bathing soaps, games to play. The spacious rooms ensured comfort for all of our 7 member family. I heartily recommend staying here

The property was very nice and quiet. We had a little trouble with the door lock and some questions about some minor issues ( how to adjust AC, a lamp wouldn’t work) and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The property was well stocked with everything anyone would reasonably need. The only negative was that there were some ants in the downstairs bathroom.
We had such a great stay at Colin’s place! This was our first VRBO and experience and he set the bar really high! Check in was a breeze. The community is easily accessible. We literally left the slopes and made two turns and pulled right into our parking spot, which was right outside the front door. So easy to unpack our stuff. Super comfy beds and easy to stay. Bathrooms had lots of hooks. Plenty of chargers. Big kitchen. Easy to check out in morning. 10/10!
We were looking for a quick getaway weeknd from NYC and decided to try Camelback water park and decided we wanted the comforts of a house rental compared to a hotel room. This house came with all the modern amenities of a hotel and was super clean. We always pack our own bedding while staying at rentals however on this trip we left them in the car. We will definitely be coming back during the summer to visit Camelbacks outdoor water park as well as to utilize all the amenities the development has to offer.
Overall we were comfortable staying in the condo. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed watching the deer in the back yard. The kitchen was well equipped with most anything you would need to cook a meal. The main level bathroom door is missing the screws in the bottom hinge which made the door impossible to close completely. We found the upstairs bedrooms very difficult to cool even after following instructions from property management. Would consider staying again perhaps when it is a little cooler.
Just what we were looking for to enjoy some R & R. Well maintained and clean end unit townhome with private rear deck in wooded setting. Host was very accommodating and available.
We had an event that brought us to the area for the weekend. We were traveling as a family of four and brought our pups. Neighborhood was great, peaceful and quiet. We appreciated the extra space to spread out versus a hotel room. We arrived at the tail end of the ski season and the property could use a good cleaning and some TLC.
