  • Recently renovated and now pet friendly! Our low-maintenance and relaxing attached home is in a convenient location to explore local breweries or see Cincinnati and Dayton. If you are looking for something refined and inviting - this home is perfect for you. We care about our home and the guests that come to use it. This home comes equipped with four flat screen ROKU TVs, plus cable. Safe and convenient parking is located in our two-car garage!

    We are local owners and also run a property management business. We are available.

    There are 2 breweries nearby (2 minutes drive) and you can quickly get to middletown, liberty township, West chester, mason, etc. The outlet malls are nearby (Cincinnati Premium outlets) and the casino is 5 minutes drive. Kings Island is very close (approximately 18 minutes away. Tons of shopping, movies, and more.

    You will need to have a car, rent a car, or use a ride-sharing service to enjoy most of the surrounding entertainment and dining.

    Attached home in great, convenient community near highway. All rooms are located in the lower level; going down steps is required to get to bedrooms.
    **MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING**
    Our properties are in quiet, Family-Oriented Neighborhoods. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy for Parties and Noise complaints. Unauthorized gatherings will result in your immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
    • We can make exceptions to our rules, but you must request your exception in writing and have written approval from us.
    • Primary Guest must sign a Rental Agreement and pool/hottub general liability waiver release (if applicable).
    • No smoking or vaping allowed (of any kind) inside the home.
    • Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
    • All check-outs are promptly at 11am.
    • Furniture may not be re-arranged.
    • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
    • Air mattresses must be requested prior to arrival and will only be provided if guest count merits them.
    • Primary Guest must submit a photo of their ID (driver’s license, passport, state id), selfie, and must identify other guests by name during registration. This will require you to migrate from the platform.
    • At management`s discretion, private security may be required (we utilize Echler USA). Details will be provided prior to guest arrival if this service is required.
    • Total vehicle count and: make, model, and year may be required depending on property. Some properties have parking challenges and you will be prompted to provide vehicle information if the property you book is one of those properties.
    *If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the guest count provided by the primary host, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per night over the provided guest count.
    **Guests will be charged for all damages and will be responsible for paying the max daily rate of $999 per night if we must block any days or cancel reservations due to the house requiring maintenance or additional cleaning after your stay.
    *** Properties are located in an area where pests (including bugs, spiders, mice, etc.) naturally occur on occasion. If we receive notification of pests in writing, we will do our best to investigate and eliminate them as quickly as possible. The mere presence of pests is not grounds for a refund or reduction of agreed rental price.
    **** Further information may be requested if the primary residence is in a 50-mile radius of the rental location including but not limited to social media handle/username, extended background check, and more.
    ***** In cases where the Police are called, the Primary Guest will be charged $1,000 (at Management’s discretion).
    ******Additional $500 charge if we are called or neighbors complain of loud noises after 10pm and before 7am.
    ******* Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine (at Management’s discretion).
    ******** All check-outs are at 11am, additional fees of $50/hour if you are late to check-out.
    ********* From time to time, odors may be present upon arrival, please notify us and we will remedy this as soon as possible.
    **********If guests are dissatisfied with their stay for any reason, they will allow our team to evaluate the situation in person (visual inspection may be required) within 24 hours to determine if property is able to be repaired or if guests need to be relocated. If management determines a repair cannot be made within a reasonable time and the issue is significant enough to affect the guest’s stay, we will offer a comparable property for the remainder of the guest`s stay. If no comparable property is available and the situation cannot be remedied, we will issue the guest a refund for the remainder of their stay.
    ***********`Unauthorized mail or packages are not allowed. Please request approval for mail/packages or we will not be responsible for them.

So we had 7 people for a mother daughter weekend. The home specifically stated there were 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Then it stated there was a common area with a double bed and a twin bed. When we arrived there was no common area with beds. Only the 3 bedrooms and the living room which had a recliner couch and loveseat. We contacted the host and he stated they counted the couch as a bed (not a pull out couch) and said there may be an air mattress in the closet. Not ideal but whatever. Clearly misled on their description because it didn’t just say sleeps 7 but actually listed 5 beds by size. Then the next morning the toaster almost caught fire and the smoke detectors never went off. The dishwasher did not work either. Beware if you have more that 5 people you will be sleeping on the couch and air mattress. Location is nice. House was clean.

Great area

This is very convenient to everything around the Monroe area and worked great with my family. The only things to share is the outside deck was unusable and needs repairs, and the living room furniture was very worn down, but would stay again!

Comfortable place

The place was close to outlet malls and grocery stores. Places to visit like the Cincinnati zoo and Air Force museum were within 40 minutes. The house itself was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities. Andrew was very helpful.

Short stay

Pictures did not do the property justice. The space was great for my family. GPS lead us in the wrong direction but we got right back on track and eventually found the property. Property was close by the outlet mall, restaurants, grocery store, and Kings Island. We would definitely visit again if ever we return to the area. Thanks so much!
