Unscheduled trip for a funeral, needed two affordable rooms, and this place delivered. The adjacent convenience store was helpful. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were not good, but I was not expecting it to be. One of our rooms was very clean, the other not so much, but for one night and the price I paid, this was a good stay.

The rooms and grounds are kept clean. It’s tucked behind a gas station so super quiet. We stayed there for just over 2 months due to husbands work. Never had an issue with anything. Staff/owners are amazing!!

The establishment was very good given the relatively reasonable cost compared to other hotels in the area. We were fortunately given a room on the 1st floor that allowed us to back the car right up to our room - very convenient for loading and unloading. If we had been given a room on the second floor, that would not be the case as there was no elevator or luggage cart. It would have nice to have had an ice machine on our side of the building. The breakfast offerings were rather sparce, but it was more than I expected and the coffee was good. The hotel is also very convenient if you are travelling on I-20. It is also conveniently located near some good restaurants.

This was my second time staying here. The first visit was actually pretty nice it’s a very basic motel, but it was comfortable and met my expectations. Unfortunately, my second stay wasn’t as pleasant. The room didn’t feel as clean this time. There was a noticeable stain around the toilet, and what looked like mold or black buildup around it as well. Overall, the room just didn’t give that clean, well-maintained feeling. I was a bit disappointed compared to my first experience. I hope they improve their cleaning standards moving forward.

Room upgraded due to room I selected wasn’t available. Parking at room had extra wide spots so no tight quarters to get luggage out. Area around hotel was congested due to single lane road, with Sam’s and Lowe’s located near by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a waffle and other grab and go items. No juice bar. Had orange juice in jug in refrigerator. Really a busy weekend for the entire town with several events going on. Overall happy with our stay
