The space
Discover this stunning home design, including a dream country kitchen and exquisite staircase leading to meticulously adorned bedrooms. We have bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level and upstairs of the house.
Families can indulge in the playful ambiance of our dedicated playroom, equipped with an assortment of arcade games and toys, while adults savor a cocktail hour in our chic and fully-equipped kitchen.
Take advantage of this extra private landscape, and explore all that the great outdoors have to offer: explore the woods, let the kids enjoy the swing set, and sit around the firepit at night. This home has it all to ensure a memorable stay!

Other things to note
- Please note, we are limited to 16 guests at this house. We do not allow events.
- Early check-in and late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm the availability of early check-in and/or late checkout one day in advance. We charge a fee of $25 for this service, since we will need to coordinate with our on-site manager, and sometimes we will need to pay a cleaning rescheduling fee.
- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.

Additional rules:
- We have a maximum limit of 13 guests, including day visitors. Please tell us your final guest count at the time of booking. Events are strictly forbidden.
- Upon booking, you must inform us of the expected number of cars that will be parked at the property during your visit. If you exceed this number of cars you may be asked to leave without a refund. (This rule is needed to prevent unauthorized events.)
- Any reports of excessive noise from neighbors may result in your immediate removal from the property without a refund.
- Parking is allowed in the driveway by the house only. Please do not drive or park on the lawn.
- Limit of 1 dog per visit. No cats please.
