Staff was great. Floors and paint have seen better days, but it’s an extended stay hotel, so that’s kind of expected. Hotel is close to lots of options for food and is walking distance to the theater. Would stay here again.

The room was not clean at all. It looked like nobody stayed in the room for months. Mold was visible, rust on the lamps, cobwebs everywhere. We were sliding on the floor with our shoes on. Very disappointed.

The man at the desk was very kind. The front office isn’t manned 24 hours a day. My family rented two rooms. They were extremely dirty. One bed the sheets had brown stains. Another the pillow case had stains. All four beds had stained outer cover, we removed them. The beds were comfortable. One of the door was broken, it felt unsafe. The walls were nasty with stains. The floors were sticky and each room had a horrible smell. We will not stay here again.

It was an acceptable clean place but a little bit scary. All kind of weird people wondering in and out of the hotel. Clearly drug activity around. There was no front desk after 10PM and before 9 am. Price to high for the kind of hotel and services. .

This hotel never disappoints. The staff is always nice and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. I also really appreciate the added layer of security with a key required to access guest areas. Did I mention the price isn't bad either?

Person at the front desk was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is not properly maintained, the refrigerator was rusted, the microwave was broken, there were no soap on the bathroom. The hallway smelled like if someone was cooking fish. Also, last night when going to use the elevator, it was smelling like poop, like if someone had taken a dump in the elevator. A lady who was at the front desk, who took the elevator with me apologized because of that smell. Definitely, this hotel charges too much for what they provide. It needs better maintenance and cleanness.

The room was very dirty. Dog food on the floor. No curtain, only a broken blind that allowed people walking by outside to see in. Had to take bed cover off and use it as a curtain. The bathroom was nasty with hair stuck to the shower wall. No floor mat in bathroom, no hand towels. Front desk closes at 10p and opens at 9am so no one there to complain to because we had to leave early for an event. Definitely not worth the price. Would NOT recommend!
