「This is an outstanding home away from home for my family's vacation. The house is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the host is very attentive. 」

「We had a great time at the property. There were a few quirks as it seems like an older house, but the owner was responsive and attentive.」

「A few more coffee pods are needed. Everything else is sufficiently supplied. There is no kitchen or breakfast area. Microwave is available. Parking lot is big and house is conveniently located. Owner answered questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much. 」

「Spencer was an amazing host. The apartment is very large and well appointed. There was a small issue with the shower door gone misusing but we didn’t mention it because Spencer was clearly on top of it already. The location is great right next to the main drag. I recommend this place and would stay here again. 」

「It was excellent. Clean. Spacious. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great communication. Appliances were nice. Look forward to staying here in the future. 」

「Check in was very easy. Solar light on the steps for safe entry at night. 3 rocking chairs on the covered porch. The kitchen had everything! Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and the mattresses were high quality ( I have had back surgery and was so happy about that). Beautiful entertainment center downstairs as well. Plentiful parking. Close to all things Cincinnati. Safe neighborhood.」

「Excellent experience! Loved the horses! Loved watching the students jumping with the horses! Very clean property. My dog even made a doggie friend. Great communication with the owner. Will stay again.....for sure.」

「Great communication. Extra keys once in rental. Super clean. Very comfy. Nice backyard area. Luggage racks for both bedrooms. 」

「Our adult family of 7 stayed at this lovely river home. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet, and even larger inside than we exoected feom ohotos. The home had been upgaded from photos online. Two beautiful bathrooms and all 4 bedrooms had big beds in them. There was plenty of soace for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We would highly recommend and stay again!! 」
