「We had a great 2 night stay mid week. We had the whole 18 acres to ourselves, other than the property Caretaker. The property was very quiet, quaint & cozy! 「This is an ideal place to stay for a long weekend in Seattle. Condo is comfy, clean, well supplied (and labeled), and located within walking distance to a number of decent bars and restaurants (shoutout to Saint John's!). We came to town for a 3-day music festival at Neumos, a 10-minute walk up Pike St., so this was just perfect. Easy contactless check-in process with off-street parking. Host is quick to respond and provides excellent touristy recommendations. We come back for this fest every...

「I had the most wonderful stay! I was in sore need of a mental reset, and this was the perfect place to do it! It was so peaceful and comforting. By the way, the acoustics in that little cabin are amazing! I turned up the music, and danced by myself all night. I hope i didnt disturb any of the neighbors, but the music and the setting simply filled my soul. I even found the incinerator toilet fascinating. Lol. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful space with me.」

「Great location as we were attending a conference and the walk was easy! The place was as described, and was comfy and provided what we needed for our trip! Ricky was a pleasure to deal with. We did not need parking but it was offered to us. The rooftop spot was perfect after a day of conferences. We had great weather so it came in handy! Easy walk to Westlake Station so take the light rail from the airport to save money! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Seattle!」

「Everything was just as described. Accurate listing. My only issue is with the toilet paper, it was terrible...the super thin cheap stuff. Also the walls were a bit thin, we could hear movement a fair bit. Otherwise; great price, 1 bed, 1 bath apartment. There are condiments in the fridge, which also dispenses Ice Cubes and water, no need to purchase water. I'm not sure if the tap water in Washington is safe to drink, I didn't research it. The stove is Gas powered, so rare these days. Good...
