「The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. 「Een fijn verblijf gehad. Aankomst was een beetje onpersoonlijk, er was niemand en de sleutel kregen we via een kluisje. Ontbijt was zéér netjes voor wat we betaalden. Mooie omgeving en wandelroutes te doen vanuit het hotel. Zwembad staat leeg, sauna bestaat uit 1 klein hokje en kost € 6 Euro.」

「Kurz gesagt es war super. Alle im Hotel sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß, hell, gemütlich und sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant, sowie das Frühstück waren super. Vielen lieben Danke an Familie Berg und ihr Team für den tollen Aufenthalt」

「Expedia was deceiving- there is an extra fee and reservation needed for the pool- so I picked it for the pool and didn't get to go in as the spa was closed when we got there and we were leaving in the morning. The restaurant, breakfast and room was great except they put the toilet in a separate room so you have to walk around to wash your hands- kind of annoying」
