“We booked as we had a wedding in the village. We bpooked over 10months in advance to arrive to a room with only a small very old sofa bed - no bed and we were sharing a shower room with another family. The sofa bed was too small for two adults to comfortably share. Due to the wedding the village was sold out. Cleaness was ok - but I wouldn't say spotless. So my recommendation is to message them to check they have reserved you a room with an actual bed. ”

“Room had wall mounted tv removed from fixed wall frame with temporary cables running to a tv sat on the dressing table which also obscured the mirror. Bathroom sliding door was broken. Crisps/chips were left on the floor under the edge of the bed from previous guest. Complained to reception who initially said there was nothing wrong and why were we complaining as the room had a tv.
We asked for another room and were told it was not possible as the hotel was full when in fact it was actually only……
