Apartment with sea views and beach access

Apartment 20m from the beach with terrace to the sea:
The apartment of 68m2 is located in the Panoramic urbanization of Miami Playa facing the sea only 1km from the town center, 18km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the second floor with an elevator and has a terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views, as well as a communal area with a swimming pool. The two bedrooms consist of a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for two guests in the living room. There is a complete bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht dem ausgeschriebenen Objekt. Anstelle der modernen Einrichtung traf man altbackene Möbel an. Der Schnitt der Wohnung stimmte ebenfalls nicht. Das Kinderzimmer war ein Abstellraum ohne Bewegungsfreiheit.

Loved the rental (tho not the one shown in ad)

Spectacular location. Very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable. Checkin was very quick and Francesca answered all of our questions. The unit is not the unit pictured in the advertisement, but it is in the same building and has a beautiful view from the deck as well. The only negative was the pool area smelled very bad. It was too cold to swim, but if the weather was nicer the smell would have been a problem.

Beautiful view, close to the beach

This property was really great. It was right across the street from the beach and the view was wonderful. The area wasn't too busy, even though we stayed in the middle of August. It is within walking distance of the grocery store as well as some bars and restaurants. The pool was nice and well maintained. Check-in was easy and the property manager was kind and attentive. Our only issue was that it was a different apartment from the pictures posted on the listing. It was in the same building but didn't look the same as the one posted. However, it was similar to the listing and still gave us the view we were hoping for. We would definitely stay again!
