Located in the prestigious La Clairière complex and just a 3-minute walk from the Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village, this luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-story ski-in/ski-out mountain home offers an exceptional retreat in every season. Winter tires are mandatory to access the parking during winter conditions
Perched above the resort and surrounded by nature, the condo provides breathtaking surroundings, direct outdoor access, and a refined yet cozy mountain atmosphere — ideal for families or groups looking to experience Tremblant at its best.

Getting around is simple and convenient:

Direct access to biking, hiking, and snowshoe trails
On-site outdoor parking for one vehicle plus guest parking available
● Ski-In/Ski-Out: Ski access is weather-dependent, but the run is typically open from late December through April.
● Visitor Parking: A few visitor parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of one spot per unit.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500
