“Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. “Beautiful location… the house was old vibe,old San Juan, beachy, relaxing and overall great! We watched the sunrise and sunset. We were close to bars and restaurants. I have been to the area before and as always the food is amazing! Rompeolas restaurant serves the best monfongo with any combination you choose! I can go on! Overall I loved the experience and the owner was amazing! I locked myself out and they came within 45 min to unlock the door for me! Thank you! ”

“The house was big enough for five people (3 adults 2 kids). The bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with coffee machine, dishes, etc. The dining room table was large enough for us to have dinner together a few nights during our stay. During the early morning and evenings there is passing work traffic but overall the area was quiet. The area was nice and local to many different spots.
