「Horrible check in process」

「The room was clean. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic and more that enough.」

「Muy bueno, como el espacio. La cama un poco incomoda, la empleada del check in un poco indispuesta en atendernos al llegar unos minutos antes. Y la limpieza del baño no muy buena. Puerta del cuarto no cerraba bien. En cuanto, al desayuno variar algunas cosas entre dias. Las facilidades vista todos los demás servicios excelentes. ✅️ En general nos sentimos bien pero son cosas que se pueden mejorar. Volvería a ir.」

「Bathrooms outdated. Had to move rooms due to leak in ceiling of shower the first night. The elevator on the side we were on was out of service. Over all nice place. Food was good. Nice pool. Beach was nice. Lots of fish to see while snorkeling right off the beach.」

「Nice place to stay with countless beaches less than 20 minutes away. The communication with the host was excellent. The room was large for two people with a kitchenette and a good spot to stay for a couple of days.」

「Parking was available, free, and safe. We loved ring in a residential area, walking to get groceries, and poking in our suite. It was nice to have a lounging area and being able to open windows to see and hear the surf. The beach was clean and beach chairs and towels are there for use.」

「It looks like an abandoned place. The pool area looks scary and dirty. We could not sleep because of a noise coming from something loose in the balcony. The whole building needs an urgent renovation it's hard to believe that a place like this comply with all the government regulations. Way too expensive for what they have to offer.」

「This is our favorite spot to stay at every time we visit the island. Everyone is always helpful. Well maintained the only thing is the bar wasn’t open. Would be nice to stay in and have some drinks and food by the pool. The bar is owned by someone else so the hotel does not control it. The beach is close and there are a couple spots close by to eat and watch the sunset.」

「There was construction at 9AM in the morning. My door would not open appropriately. I complained asked for the manager never came and never called me. The Gym pad locked. Two days after checking in I complained about the hotel not announcing there was no gym and the facility was under construction they apologized they had not placed signs letting customers know a small gym was opened temporarily on the opposite end of the hotel. The casino had no music. I checked out early and called the manager...
