“Awesome property. Clean, helpful staff, and amazing breakfasts we looked forward to every morning.”

“This small hotel located 10-minute drive uphill beyond Levanto town, gateway to Cinque Terre. It's a very comfortable place to stay after a day of activity. Rooms are spacious and with balcony / terrace. Furniture and bathroom appliances are modern and stylish. Staying here is just relaxing and refreshing. The owner couple are extremely hospitable, and do are their staff.”

“The hotel is very central to everything and a short walk from the beach. Hotel provides fresh beach towels upon request and the staff was incredibly helpful. Marina went above and beyond helping with the last minute reservations and recommendations. The shower in our room had an unpleasant odor upon checking in and Marina addressed it within minutes and made sure the rest of our stay was as pleasant as possible. Towels warmer in the bathroom was a nice addition. The breakfast was pretty basic……

“We had a pleasant 3-night stay overall. We particularly enjoyed the pool, the peaceful surroundings, and the generally good-quality food. The complimentary tea served daily from 5–6 pm was also a nice touch. However, for a listed 4-star property, we found the experience somewhat underwhelming. Our room was clean but quite small. One day we found lots of ants coming in through the main room door. There were also a few issues with the food. One evening we found a piece of plastic in our pasta.……

“Beautiful place with excellent breakfast, Doable without a car, although the shuttle hours are limited. Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff (Sam).”

“Perfect breakfast, good location of 10 min walking to train station and to city center, grace building, nice staff”

“Lovely property in a super location above the town. Very charming staff, comfy room & delicious breakfast.”

“Agriturismo La Collina Verde is a 5-7 mins walk from Levanto train station on a small mountain surrounded by vines and greens. The walk is slightly uphill but very doable. Parking is free. The room has all basic utilities and the shower has good water pressure. The breakfast is the highlight of the stay. Our host is definitely the KING of Marmalade- he served us 5 different types of Marmalade with their homemade bread along with freshly baked foccacio and pizza. Simple food made perfect with……

“A clean quiet room. A beautiful hotel with high ceilings and marble stair ways. Not close to amenities, 5-10 minute drive. The hotel lacks a sign outside.”

“Although one of my friend couldn’t make it to the trip at the last minute. The hotel still got our room upgraded to deluxe room.excellent service ”

“I loved the property. The bed was great, and the room was big enough for my husband and me. About the only downside was the size of the shower..,a bit small. The breakfast provided was excellent. We sat outside on the deck both mornings we were there. Very peaceful. The staff member was very helpful. He provided a big bowl of fruit each morning along with other food they provide. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the historic town. I would recommend this b&b.”
