Newly constructed in May 2022 with modern high end finishes.
-1 Bedroom with Queen Bed, Two Wardrobes and a 32” Smart TV. Linens included.
-Sectional Couch with Full Mattress.
-55” Samsung Smart TV.
-Cablevision and Optimum High Speed WiFi Internet.
-Full Kitchen includes electric stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, reverse osmosis water filtration system, Keurig, pots/pans.
-Full Bathroom with Rain Shower (no tub). Towels included.
-Mini Split Air Conditioning and Heat (remote control). Heated Floors.
-Fireplace (not for use).

Superb!

We had an amazing weekend at the Connelly's. It's rare to find such a perfectly appointed, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated home with a direct ocean view in a perfect location across from the beach. The complex is very clean and quiet with a lovely pool and common area. Walk to downtown if you choose, explore the area - so much to enjoy! Fantastic owners were immediately responsive to any questions or needs. Check in was a breeze. We will be back for sure!
