Beautiful Hither Hills Area - Walk to Ocean - Great Off-Season Rates
This beautifully decorated home is located on a quiet street in the Hither Hills area of Montauk. It is a 5-minute walk to the ocean, or you may drive and park in the private beach parking lot. The upper level of the house offers an open floor plan which includes the living room with cathedral ceilings, the dining area, gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper level as well. Exit the upper level floor through 2 sets of sliding glass doors which open up to a wrap around deck equipped with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and patio dining set. The living room has a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. There are two additional flat-screen TVs located in two of the bedrooms. A retractable awning on the upper deck will keep you cool and comfortable on sunny days as you relax outside listening to the sound of the ocean. The lower level has three spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. In addition, the house has an outdoor shower, a gas grill, central air-conditioning, and wireless Internet. **Community Public Swimming Pool, Tennis and Golf at Montauk Downs State Park. Horseback riding, biking, fishing, and water sports are all close by.

Four college friends & I (Class of 1980) stayed at this well designed, maintained & appointed house, just up the street from The Beach. ABSOLUTELY GLORIOUS. The owners were gracious, responsive and flexible. The Annual Event, 2024 Montauk, was a Stand Out Outing.

Christmas
We had a lovely stay with family for Christmas. My husband and his 2 sisters grew up in Montauk and it was the 1st time in 30 years since they were in Montauk for Christmas. We had everything we needed to make a big Christmas dinner and then relax for sevetal days. Location was great! I got a beautiful picture from the deck of the sunrise on the warm Christmas day.

Perfect place to stay near the beach and the quaint village of Montauk
Marie’s house is spacious yet cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable and lovely stay. My girlfriends and I were there for my 60th birthday and we even found a special bottle of Happy Birthday rose wine, which we felt was so thoughtful. She checked in consistently and was always available to answer questions and help us plan our visit to Montauk. That was very important to me as this was such a special occasion and my friends and I were all coming from a distance. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more lovely house - it was perfect!

Great for family time !!
We went for a Siblings Weekend. We are all 60+ in age and it was wonderful. It was in January and it rained the whole weekend but the house is so warm and cozy. The host was extremely helpful with suggestions of where to dine and things to do. Although at that time of year many places are closed for the season there were still local places to eat and drink and enjoy. The house was immaculate with many amenities and the host is wonderful to deal with. We would love to go back again… maybe make this a tradition for us.

A perfect house in a perfect place!
There is not a thing I would change, this house has it all. So new, neat, and clean- and very cozy feeling! Communication with the host was quick and easy, check in was a breeze. We all loved it and will stay again soon.

Above and beyond
This was our first family vacation with our 1 year old baby. Marie Louise was so thoughtful, and got us a crib, brand new crib sheets, and a bottle of wine! I couldn’t believe all of her thoughtful touches, including the frequent check-ins and detailed messages. Her property is clean and all of the amenities were so wonderful. It’s really a great location for fishing, going to the beach, or shopping. Can’t wait to return!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the house. The house had nice spacious bedrooms, great outside deck, beautiful living and dining room areas and the kitchen was well organized.

Perfect Montauk House
This weekend we had a family wedding in Montauk. We are so glad that we rented this house. It had 4 bedrooms and a great upstairs with open living room with a gas fireplace, beautiful kitchen and dining room. Open the doors to the deck and you could hear the waves at night. This house is a 5 star location.

Wonderful house in Hither Hills
This house is a gem. It has everything needed for a great vacation stay. It is located in Hither Hills, it's a short walk to the beach, and quick drive to the town of Montauk.

Amazing beach getaway
My family and I wanted to go on a beach getaway to celebrate my graduation and we could not have asked for a better host or a more ideal location! Mary Louise is one the most responsive and accommodating hosts we have ever stayed with. She was always available for any questions we had and her home is absolutely beautiful. A short walk from the beach and a few minutes driving from great restaurants. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet as well. We did not want to leave and we would love to come back!

Great weekend getaway

What an amazing time we had! The house was perfect - comfortable, clean, walking distance to the beach. It was so easy to just relax and enjoy everything around us. Winter Get Away
I met family here for a winter weekend and was very satisfied with the accommodations. The house was set up nice for a family retreat. All the features were up to date.
