「This hotel is worth every penny - the spa, tennis courts, the gym, the pools, the private beach, the breakfast, the restaurants. The staff were all so lovely, attentive and hospitable. My question is if I don't raise this issue, will they think we took everything away when we leave and charge us for it? 2. The massage service in L2. I went to L2 around 19:30 on the first night and found no one. I asked the front desk on the 1F and they said they would let L2 contact me, but no one contacted me. The next day around 19:00, I went to the front desk again to ask if no one contacted me yesterday, can I arrange it today? The front desk said that the people in this department had already left work... Until today when I left the hotel, it was still not arranged. Is this also part of the hotel's income?
