  • This spacious apartment is located in a residence with secure parking, it is located in the city center of the town of Montbard and is 2min walk from the train station. (1 hour from Paris by TGV).
    It is also located near the Burgundy Canal and offers you a superb environment.

    Some shops are in the vicinity such as restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket also 2min walk away.

    This apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, two large bedrooms as well as a toilet and a bathroom.

    Both bedrooms are very bright and are also equipped with a TV and a dressing room.

    As for the bathroom, there is a hairdryer at your disposal as well as a washing machine.

    All linen is of course provided (sheets, duvet, pillows, shower towels) etc.

    Ideal for a family holiday or to stop along the way.

Prima appartement. Schoon en heerlijke geur bij binnenkomst. Locatie is prima. Voorzieningen zoals supermarkt, bakker en restaurants op loopafstand. Prima communicatie met verhuurder via whatsapp. Echt heel tevreden over dit appartement.

Appartement soigné avec de nombreux rangements et volumes agréables des pièces. Vestibule apprécié pour se déchausser et déposer des affaires. Vue en partie sur le canal de Bourgogne, ils suffit de passer la passerelle pietons de l'écluse en face pour accéder au magasin Carrefour et village ou par le pont en voiture, voisin avec l'entreprise Déployé donc tranquille le week-end, gare rapidement accessible à pied. Bonnes explications pour l'accès au bâtiment avec les photos. Séjour sympa pour découvrir le coin.
