「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「What a dump. The photos you see online are not an accurate reflection of what you can expect. There's paint falling off the ceiling in the lobby, the room was filthy and had hair all over the bed. There were white stains on the floor (not an exageration). We travelled for 12+ hours and tried to shower the next morning and there was no cold water in the shower. The toilet seat was falling off. I'd rather take a blanket and sleep next to a dumpster then ever go back to this place. I wish I could...

「Breakfast was good for complimentary, rooms were average ~ all the faucets were opposite cold was hot and hot was cold, floors were pretty dirty and toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. Air conditioning was good but we were there in April and I can't say that it would hold up if it were July or August. We had fresh towels each day which was a plus. Helena at the front desk was AMAZING ~ she was patient, kind and very helpful ~ I hope I got her name correct!」

「The staff was lovely - they weren’t the issue. The issue is the room was nothing like what was pictured and there no amenities. We booked a suite and the cabinets didn’t open or close and were off the hinges. The microwave was dirty, the room itself was grimy - the shower and toilet were spotless though. Our smoke detector kept chirping so instead of replacing the battery, the maintenance person just removed the whole detector leaving us without one altogether. There was supposed to be an...

「Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta. 」

「Overall, this was an excellent stay! Quiet, clean, solid breakfast, pleasant staff, all you could ask for at a fairly inexpensive hotel. Five stars out of five stars in my opinion!」

「The location is great, convenient to Walmart and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, and both stays have been peaceful and quiet. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at personally in the Augusta area. Will definitely be back! 」
