“Very disappointing stay considering paying up to Euro 1500/ ++ per night F&B - 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest - Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner) Spa - Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival - Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most Room - Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can……

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“A magnificent stay from start to end. Just fantastic, friendly staff, serviceminded, great rooms, pool and spa. We will be back! If we are to point out areas of improvement, dinner at the hotel was not that great (we had duck which was not that well done), and the bar area feels a bit naked (acoustic & naked walls). But this is minor areas to fix, all in all a 10 out of 10👍”

“What a lovely place! The area is quiet and the view is stunning. There's a lovely river view walking path leading to a nice restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and they made us feel like home. The building has lots of history and the room is clean and cosy. ”

“I am so happy I found this place and lucky that they had a room for us. Situated a stone's throw from form the Castillo di Vezio (which is the best 5 Euros you will spend) this place was an authentic Italian village charm. The owner was kind enough to arrange a ride for us since it was pouring rain and the hike up the hill via the cobble stone road was not something you will (or can do) with luggage. She stayed in touch via Whatsapp and it meant the world to us. Other things we loved! - Pool……
