「Our room (suite) was delightful with 2nd room. This grand old, slightly bedraggled, historic villa is what it is… a cherished experience to stay in. The 25-foot ceilings with art in the medallion center, the massive furniture, the comfy bed, the modern bathroom — this capped off 10 days in Italy with a better sense of 18th century history. And we enjoyed the pool too!」

「The staff were very helpful, and willing to help, not just help because it is part of the job. From quick to translation to quick questions, they were there. Which was great because I can be a little nervous with language barriers. In hindsight, I do wonder if there was a bit of a leak in my restroom, but me not bringing that to the attention of staff is on me, not on staff being unapproachable (because they were not).
