「It’s a family owned business and we loved that. They were helpful, informative and very customer service friendly. The villa is a little dated, but beautiful views. Very peaceful and accommodating. I would stay again. It’s in the mountains and the roads are winding. It was quite the adventure and a great stay!」

「Everything was great. Issues were we stayed for a while and didn’t get new towels, how to request TP if it was needed and how to get more garbage bags. People could see us showering from the steps up to the other room. Heard a few comments and laughter during shower time which made me aware we can be seen and confirmed you can still see. Also quiet time does not matter. Lot of screaming past 10pm. Almost to midnight of screaming from the pool. 」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Very comfortable stay. Great staff. Thin walls and some times of high noise but not a huge deal for us. Location was great for using the old San Juan pier. 」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups.」

「My second time staying at this comfortable, spotless hotel with a very safe parking. The location is great close to many places to visit and eat. The staff have been very helpful and friendly, will stay there again and really recommend it. Thank you very much 🙌🙏」

「Cristobal was incredibly accommodating of an unexpected additional night and also very helpful in making recommendations for how to enjoy the city. The room was quiet and safe, the ac was cool, bed and shower adequate, and the rooftop terrace was a welcome outdoor space for relaxing. Very conveniently located, in an enjoyable neighborhood, and parking was only a slight challenge on Saturday night. 」

「Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! 」
