「Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. 」

「Unsere 4 tägige Jugendreise war in dem Haus richtig toll. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und alles hat soweit gepasst. Meines Erachtens könnte die Küche für 30 Personen, obwohl wir nur mit 20 Leute da waren, besser ausgestattet sein. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.」

「Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... 「Fully recommend the apartment. The pool and view are fantastic. We had a lovely stay there. Deborah and Stephan welcomed us at the apartment personally. 「Initially we were disappointed by the property, which is very simple and basic, especially the way it is furnished - a pity really as the main room is large and would be transformed with a couple of decent sofas. But the bathroom and kitchen are modern and good quality, and it was adequately equipped for cooking, and the washing machine was useful. The main issue is the proximity to the road, which is above the terrace area and has noisy traffic. But the bedroom at the back of the property was...
