「Nice hotel and good value for the accommodation. Honestly no need to be in old town or directly adjacent to old town. San Sebastián is small and it’s within a quick and enjoyable 10-15 minute walk to all the things you wanna see and eat. Don’t over pay for the fancy hotels by the water as it’s not worth it. Stay here instead!」

「The breakfast was good. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was large. The parking situation was not good though. Had to park far away, and it did not work for a French rental car. Unacceptable situation! I would not stay there again.」

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. Although there was a window, it didn’t offer any view outside, which made the space feel a bit closed and less comfortable. That said, everything else worked well, and the stay was smooth and easy. A good option...

「Great location right at the old town. The staff members were all friendly, giving great recommendations of pintxos bars. They also stored our luggage before checkin and after checkout. They also had umbrellas we could borrow.」

「I absolutely loved everything about this fantastic hotel!! The staff was amazing, the location perfect, one of the best breakfast buffets I've had and my room was really nice. I loved the roof deck for having a glass of wine and star gazing. I didn't take advantage of the spa but I heard nothing rave reviews from other guests. The staff was so great....got me a taxi in minutes every time I asked. I would stay here again and again. Thanks everyone for a wonderful visit!!」
