"We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to all of the neighborhoods and sights of San Sebastián. It’s a 5 minute walk from the bus station. The staff were really nice and helpful. It’s a newly built hotel and the rooms are state of the art. The toilet includes a remote controlled bidet which I’ve never seen before. It also has a light that illuminates in the dark that allows you to find the toilet in the middle of the night - the first time I’ve ever seen that! The mini-fridge is stocked with free drinks which is a great perk. The rooms are clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. "

"Right in the heart of the old town of San Sebastián and walkable to nearly everything you might want to do in the city. Clean and comfortable hotel and fairly quiet at night even though it’s in the heart of the action. The breakfast is amazing: great food and so much of it. We enjoyed our stay overall and would book it again. "

"The Lasala Plaza Hotel rooms and services are excellent, as are the staff. The view of the San Sebastian bay is spectacular from the higher floors and the rooftop. Just a few minutes walk from the sand and water of the bay. It is also ideally situated right on the edge of the old town and the vibrant bar and food precinct, enabling the savouring of the best traditional pintxos and tapas. Overall, a great San Sabastion hotel in a perfect location. Definitely, we will rebook on our return to San Sebastian. "
