The first room they gave us after two days had a bit of mould forming on the wall due to the rainy humid weather and while we were out, without us saying anything or complaining at all, they took it upon themselves to switch our rooms. 「We had an amazing experience at Casale Margherita. Very easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp, scheduled taxi rides for us to surrounding areas for a fee. The gentlemen that drove us to a surrounding city and again to the bus station the next day was so wonderful, brought us for a traditional Sicilian coffee and cannoli nearby. The pool was incredible. Would highly recommend. 」

「I was not happy about the place as it failed when attempting to check-in. 1st) check-in is listed as 3PM, so I arrived slightly after 3PM and no one was at the place to allow check-in. 2nd) They only communicated thru Hotels.com app and I couldn'tr check in till 6PM. 3rd) The room's AC only works when you insert their key, but when you leave for dinner, the AC turns off (not smart when temps were very high 4th) at check-in, we were told breakfast was no included despite it saying on Hotels.com...

「This is an awesome B&B. Lando and his sister are great hosts, we felt so welcome. The breakfast buffet is amazing, Lando takes great pride in providing a variety of excellent local produce, including home-produced olive oil and cakes/pastries. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the ocean and restaurants, and less than 10 minute drive to the Valley of Temples. Thoroughly recommended, thank you Lando!」
