“Ottima struttura posizionata nei pressi di Raffadali con una vista stupenda, anche se la strada per raggiungerla è un po' impervia. La casa è molto grande è ben studiata con un enorme sala da pranzo e soggiorno e le 3 camere da letto situate al primo piano con ognuna il suo bagno privato (non presente il bidet) , inoltre al piano terra c'è un'altra camera sempre con bagno. Che dire , host meraviglioso, che si prende cura del cliente e ti fa sentire veramente in vacanza, con grande ospitalità e……

“Thank you to Sergio and family for a lovely holiday. The breakfast pastries were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. Ricardo was very helpful with organizing taxis and trips. Thank you. However we were not aware, from the VRBO description of the property, that the owners were living at the villa and therefore the pool was not completely private. This did distract from our enjoyment a little but we still had a good holiday and the apartment was lovely.”

We were treated with a bottle of wine & pasties for my birthday then thry brought us croissants & cantaloupe on our last day for breakfast. 100% recommend can not fault the property. “Great property and very helpful owners. BUT a word of warning to anyone booking this - despite the title it is NOT in Sutera. The map location is actually 35km out - the location is just outside Serradifalco. CHECK the location carefully before setting off! Fortunately we found some helpful locals who pointed us in the right direction, and the owners were also able to help us.”

“We had a wonderful family holiday at the property from 23 July to 3 August. “We loved our stay at "The Balcony". Raffaele and Sofia were the perfect hosts. They walked us through the apartment (which was so much larger and beautiful than expected) and answered all our questions. Their recommendations were spot on (awesome gelato). “We had a wonderful stay at La Terrazza sul Tramonto. The villa is incredibly spacious and very comfortabl perfect for relaxing after long days exploring Sicily. One of the biggest highlights for us was the gated parking. "The room is so tastefully fitted and furnished, meticulous attention to details. Feel luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The owner put a lot of heart to it.
