"This property does need some upgrades the customer service is horrible. The elevators and phone was down and we had no way to contact front desk for anything or housekeeping. I need to know if it's a way to contact front desk if there was an emergency."

"Nice facility. Entertainment staff were lovely and made you feel welcome, the other staff did not do a great job of that. The excursion that we bought on the resort to go snorkeling turned out to be a scam. I will not be going back to say the least."
