Overlooking the lake, the holiday apartment Casa Alan impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
YourA shared outdoor area, consisting of an open terrace and a barbecue, is also available for your use.
A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Air conditioning is currently not available. The doors are wide and easy to access.

wundervoller Blick auf den Comer See
Es war alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei kleinen Problemen am Mobiliar kam der Vermieter sofort zum reparieren. Der Blick von der Terasse, der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer aus ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Sogar noch schöner, besonders Abends. Ein Ventilator wäre gut, wenn mal wieder italienische Hitze ist und Fliegengitter. Die Mücken sind ganz schön aggressiv dort. Mit Mückenspray und Stecker ging es einigermaßen. Der Kontakt lief vor Anreise über Whatsapp, der Schlüssel wurde bei An- und Abreise hinterlegt. So hatte mam keinen Zeitdruck. Wir waren vom Haus aus immer am Strand in Colico. Ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt. Wir denken der schönste Strand mit WC, Badebereich, Parkplätzen etc. Wenn man vom Haus den Berg immer weiter hoch fährt, kann man eine tolle Aussicht von 1200m genießen
