"We loved our stay at the chateau. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. While they do not offer room service, I was able to get coffee each morning from the front desk. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. We were within an hours drive of spectacular scenery and loved returning to the chateau each night. We didn’t find restaurants in the town, but we had lunch in lovely towns during the day and had picnic dinners on the grounds of the chateau in the evening."

"The tiniest hotel room I‘ve ever seen. You could only enter the bed from one side and the shower doors only opened less than 2ft. No parking, no restaurant. Doors are locked 24/7, and the rooms are locked with gigantic old-fashioned keys that don‘t fit in any pockets (note, you also need to lock the room door from the inside, something that I haven‘t seen in a hotel in decades). "This is the perfect quick pit-stop in Albertville after a day travelling from Calais. Overnight before getting up early and getting up the mountain for a full day skiing. My 5th or 6th stay. It’s basic but does exactly what it is intended for. "
