"I didn't pay attention to the description and realize that this property is a motel. The property is updated, but not exactly what I expect of a Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and the view was lovely. The breakfast was fresh and exactly what you expect from Holiday Inn Express. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Old Victorian style decor, property was well kept and staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to all the attractions in Pacific Grove, beautiful views, we had a great time and will make reservations again at this establishment."
