"Nice small flat in the mountain village of Antagnod, Ayas valley, with basic kitchen and very good bathroom. The flat is excellent for short stay; since it is a bit small, it may not be suitable for longer stay."

"Nice place to stay and friendly atmosphere. It was great that we were even able to get lunch sandwiches from breakfast when we asked from reception. It helped a lot with children. If really trying to find something to improve would be more self-service and variation with breakfast by having more vegetables and fruits as in pictures. "

What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. Celebrating our anniversary, we were delighted to find a beautifully set breakfast table arranged in a perfect spot, adorned with chocolates, champagne, and fresh flowers—a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our celebration.
The staff were outstanding, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our comfort. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with a made-to-order breakfast that featured fresh, delicious options tailored to our preferences.
They have a fantastic spa too which we did not have time to visit but it looked truly exceptional.
Overall, this was one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had, marked by impeccable service, excellent amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere."

"Check in is at 1530. I arrived at 1515 and was made to wait despite the room being available and the chubby gentleman at the front desk just talking with the young lady he was mentoring in the few minutes until 1530.
In fact, everything about this hotel was excellent except the interactions with the chubby gentleman from reception. That fellow is a liability to the property.
The other staff are friendly, engaging and helpful."
