Walk-in shower drain was clogged causing flooding out the door before being noticed. Had to go to the desk four times and finally had to insist someone come with me to get the electronic hat to open. They kept giving me QR code vouchers to scan that didn’t work. Finally they contacted a service monitor who opened it remotely. Lost over an hour with this poor handling.

A quick walk from terminal 2. Very easy to access. As others have said, it might be right on the airport, but we never heard a plane. Very nice motel.

No hubo agua caliente, y cuando hablé a recepción no hicieron nada! Pagar ese dinero para no poder bañarse con agua caliente en invierno, es algo inaceptable!
