“Schönes Haus auf einer Gelände-Terrasse am Dorfrand gelegen mit wunderbarem Blick über die grünen Hügel und auf Nocera UUmbra. Grosszügige Aussenanlage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Parco di Colfiorito und für Besuche in kleinen Orten wie Gubbio, Assisi, Nocera Umbra, Foligno. Ohne Auto geht es allerdings nicht. Sehr, sehr herzliche Gastgeber.”

“Amazing stay. Great host who is helpful. Nice appartments with kitchen in a quiet location with a pretty pool area. Best to have a car or cycle. Few taxis, but there is a local man that may be available who also organises tours..”

“Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended.”

“Nous venons de passer trois semaines dans cette magnifique maison récemment construite : nous avons notamment apprécié son confort, avec une intelligente répartition des chambres et salles de bain. L'aménagement tant de la cuisine que des salles de bain est fait avec goût. L'efficacité de la climatisation dans toute la villa s'est révélée être un avantage supplémentaire en cette période caniculaire que nous avons traversée.Une mention toute particulière pour la grande et belle piscine dont nous……

“The apartment was everything we expected, lots of character with beautiful views. Unfortunately because of the time of year we were there, we didn’t take advantage of the patio due to the temps being low. Our host Manuela went above and beyond looking after us. My wife unfortunately got sick during our stay there and Manuela dropped off homemade soup, that was delicious. Not the only thoughtful thing she did for us. We loved Spello and all it had to offer and the apartment was a treat to come……

“Barbara was a wonderful, caring, responsive host! She had yummy treats waiting for us on arrival. Her place was really enjoyed by our whole family. It is a beautiful setting! We especially enjoyed the outside area of the property with the outdoor fireplace and hot tub and pool. My 14 year old grandson wanted to move to this house!”

“Spacious clean apartment with nicely equipped modern kitchen and bath. Terrace was icing on the cake for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. Steps away from Piazza Mercato, so convenient yet quiet. Easy to take escalator from Posterna to Piazza Mercato, 3 minute walk to apt. Host is very helpful, even picked us up when stranded at the grocery shop. Lovely stay! Up 2 flights of stairs, so be aware.”
