“Loved this hotel. Its location is amazing - up in the hills and so tranquil but still only a 10 minute drive from Chaves. The hotel has so many fruit trees and herbs - I was able to pick fresh mint to make mint tea whilst I was there. Will definitely return!”

“Very nice new hotel. Clean rooms, amazing infinity pool and the views to die for. The breakfast was disappointing as the quality of the food was just average and the selection very poor contrasting with the rest of the hotel.”

“Standard Parador. Good property, clean, good secure motorcycle parking. Tv had chromecast fitted to it which was glued in to prevent the use of a firestick. Had burger and fries later on. Burger was raw in middle and cold. Never order a burger in a parador.”

“Lovely clean spacious room with all the facilities we required. We did use the pool while at the hotel and thought it was excellent with plenty of sun loungers. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was tasty and plenty of choice. We didn’t have an evening meal so can’t comment on main meals. Overall excellent value hotel and I would have no hesitation in booking again if I’m ever in Chaves.”

“What a find! The reviews said that some rooms were a bit tired and the food is good with generous portions. So I thought I’d take a chance. It was good value especially compared to accommodation in Spain, where I had just been. The room was excellent - one of the largest rooms that I’ve stayed in. Food really was superb - really well cooked and generous portions. I was able to park my motorbike in a locked compound which has also has a security camera. “A simple and basic stopover but worked Ok for us. We were able to park motorbike around the side of the hotel and it felt safe. We walked into town and found a nice friendly restaurant with lovely local food, excellent value. It was a served breakfast, simple but very nice, in particular wonderful warm bread.”
