The property was beautiful and very maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was great. The heated plunge pool was amazing. The staff are all helpful and polite. The food and drinks were all delicious and big portions. My favourite part was being in the middle of nature and being able to see some of the incredible wildlife that Costa Rica has. This place is a wonderful place to relax. We definitely didn't want to leave because we loved it so much.

The rooms were amazing, great view and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had quite a selection. The restaurant is very good and would recommend to.try at least one dinner. The staff is extremely helpful and booking and arranging trips. There was a group of coatis on premise that were adorable. The only complain is the hike every morning from the room to the breakfast. But we had a lovely weather. Definitely worth it!

Beautiful property, incredible view, kind and attentive staff—Koora was one of the best hotels I’ve visited anywhere in the world. It is quiet and stylish and near everything in Monteverde, including a hiking trail right next to reception. Room 104 is perfect for a family and just a stunning space. Highly recommend!

This is a fabulous property, rooms are well appointed and clean with great views. The grounds are incredible, we saw more wildlife around the grounds of the property than at the national park. Highly recommend the restaurant, the views and the food are great.

Our family absolutely loved Koora Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely cared for by the staff (especially Jason who has already reached out to me in advance to understand our arrival time) and fell in love with the setting, which is nestled beautifully into the mountain forest. The service was impeccable, and the view overlooking the Monteverde cloud forest from the restaurant was truly epic. The food was so fantastic that we ended up eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner there just to sample as much of the menu as possible—the fresh tropical fruit juices and local cuisine were highlights! Our Forest Room was incredibly cozy, and the overall design of the hotel is beautiful. We also loved how perfectly positioned the hotel is. It’s a stone’s throw from the amazing San Lucas Treetop Dining experience and literally ten steps away from Natuwa Reserve, where we took a lovely tour and saw sloths up close. I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic hotel. Highly recommended!
