「Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable 」

「Decent breakfast and bar/restaurant. Rooms were small. I think our room was still under construction. No trim in bathroom and tiles were coming up. Plumbing was noisy, heater/AC unit very noisy. Walls were thin so you could hear rooms next to you quite clearly. Beds were comfy though. 」

「Found hair on the bed. Otherwise room was pretty clean. The front of the building by the entrance is falling apart. The pool could used a good update(rust or whatever on the steps). The walls in the pool and spa room are peeling. Breakfast was good for a hotel, breakfast eating area pretty small. The back door did not lock like it should I didn’t need my key card to get in. Security concern maybe? 」

「Hot breakfast, pretty quiet, newer hotel」

「Room had dirt in the corners. Tub / Shower was stained pink. Coffee was cold and concentrated. Breakfast was cereal. Carpet in room had large hole when you walk in. Window on ground floor did not lock. Requested a king bed and was confirmed, while checking in there were none left and received a double queen.」

「Unfortunately this hotel is quite outdated. For what we paid for the room I expected more. This hotel was completely booked and there was only one staff person working-he was great but clearly overwhelmed. Also the keys to our door didn’t work and he was unable to fix it. Had to be let in with the master key. 」
