「I want to be fair about my experience. I did find a bed bug in my room. Fortunately it was on the top cover, but it was still concerning. To their credit, the staff responded quickly and immediately moved me to another room. I had clothes laid out after my shower, and the attendant put them directly into the dryer on high heat to make sure they were safe, which I appreciated. 「I needed a handicapped room which was ok. I should have asked for a walk in shower because even though the tub had a very low side, I was hesitant to try get in. Otherwise, everything was just fine. 」
