Penthouse with two terraces in the Old Town [502].

  • Three-bedroom penthouse with two terraces in a historic Art Deco building—bright and airy, with beautiful views of the Old City, the port, and the bay of Montevideo. Quiet, well-connected, and stylish. Recently renovated. Just a 10-minute walk from the Mercado del Puerto or 5 minutes from Plaza Independencia. Includes access to the rooftop with panoramic views of the harbor and the city. Bus stop nearby. Elevator to the fourth floor, one flight of stairs.

    Built in the late 1920s, the Bello y Reborati building has been completely restored in recent years. It enjoys a prime location, facing the courtyard of the Wall Museum. The interior design has been carefully curated with antique furniture. The mattresses are new, purchased in December 2023. Smart TV with Disney+, Star+, ESPN, and YouTube. Located on the 5th floor of the building; the elevator goes up to the 4th floor, so it’s one flight of stairs.
