Room was nice and clean. Check in was easy and quick. Disappointing that the usual free breakfast was “for purchase” on Saturday morning. Most of the free breakfasts are ok but not to the level of purchase.

I asked to have my room cleaned and they never cleaned it. Employee Dexter was horrible to me. Called me names and told them to my daughter. I won’t stay there again…ever. I complained numerous times that room phone did not work. They never fixed it. I asked for room to be cleaned . It wasn’t cleaned the entire time I was there,, Monday -Friday.

Every thing was good. We had to move to another room because our door kept sticking and would not opened. I wish we stayed in that room and let them fix the door while we were waiting because the beds in the one they gave us was not like the one we left. No sleep that night before going home. But the staff was very gracious to help and I left my phone chargers in room they brought them to me later. But over all we would stay again. Also the flatbread is our breakfast favorite! Two can eat it. Recommend!! Romm 211 has nice beds!! Room 229 is no no...so it depends. I overall experience was 👍!!

We were there eight days. The staff was friendly and professional. The property was clean and well maintained. We use a Marriott Bonvoy credit card and always stay in Marriott hotels. The Prattville Courtyard was a bit dated and missing a few amenities and did not include breakfast as some newer hotels do, but breakfast was available for purchase and the breakfast staff and Tina were exceptionally nice. We would certainly stay there again.
