Welcome to Dave’s Last Resort—your cozy home base just **300 feet from the
entrance to Indiana Beach Amusement Park**! Nestled along 70 feet of scenic
Lake Shafer shoreline, our charming lakeside property features **6 individual
units** , each thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and convenient stay.
This unit sleeps **up to 4 guests** and includes:
• Shared porch with outdoor seating
• Mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker
• Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows
• Air conditioning and comfortable bedding
As our guest, you'll also enjoy access to the resort’s shared amenities:
**Outdoor pool** for refreshing summer swim
**Hot tub** relax while viewing the lake.
**Lakefront dock** —coming soon!!
**Picnic areas** with tables for lakeside meals and gatherings
Whether you're here for family fun, a weekend of waterside relaxation, or a
nostalgic trip to the amusement park, Dave’s Last Resort offers everything you
need for a memorable Monticello getaway.
Note: Outdoor pool and hot tub are a shared space.
One vehicle can park East of the building (in the rocks section at the very
front of the property). Additional vehicles will need to park across the
street in the Indiana Beach overflow parking.
Please note there's additional penalty fee that will be charged if you were
found littering in the property. Container is provided at the entrance of the
unit for trashes, so please keep the property clean during your stay.
