This flat is close to shops and public transport, making it easy for you to explore Montpellier and the surrounding area. This 32 sq. m. flat is on the ground floor (raised) of a residence and features:
- a 9 sq. m. balcony,
- a comfortable, bright living room
- an equipped closed kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, hotplates, oven, fridge and freezer),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, washing machine, clothes hangers,

## Neighborhood

Various local shops (supermarket, bakery, etc.) are within easy reach of this flat. The tram, which you can take just a few minutes from the flat, will take you to the heart of Montpellier in just 20 minutes. Discover the Place de la Comédie, the Ecusson district and the Promenade du Peyrou before heading to the Antigone district. Fans of modern architecture will love buildings such as Arbre Blanc and Nuage. Drive to Palavas-les-Flots or Carnon for a swim and a breath of sea air.

Très moyen !

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Il était insuffisant dans le séjour. Les prises électriques ne tiennent pas. La photo du balcon sur le site est trompeuse: ce n'est pas un petit coin tranquille où l'on peut s'installer. L'environnement n'est pas génial.
