This charming 42 sqm apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator (the elevator will not be available until the end of March 2019), is composed of a fully equipped living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a desk. The floral and woody decoration will immerse you in a summer atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge and microwave. Also, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
The room offers a double bed and a dresser and a wardrobe in which you can store your belongings.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
All the necessary for your well-being will be made available within the apartment: hair dryer, ironing equipment, but also washing machine and dryer.
An enclosed bicycle room is available in the basement of the residence.
A parking lot is includes in the accommodation.

The apartment is located right in the heart of the Antigone district, known for its modern architecture and its Greco-Roman buildings. a pedestrian area, you can go to the city center which is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The nearby Polygone shopping center will be useful for shopping.

## Transit

At a 2-minute walk, you can find lines 1 and 4 of the tram and a shuttle that serves the airport. Also, a motorway exit is located 3 kilometers.
