On the 1st floor of a residence in the marina and 400m from the beach of lido with its many events and restaurants, all you have to do is put your suitcases and take your towels to enjoy the beach.

Non smoking studio and pets not allowed. It is to clean if not to pay the 25 euros of cleaning fee.

Departure 10:30 at the latest
A check deposit (400 euros) will be requested at the entrance and returned at departure.
